Day 1 - St Rita's - Amy Rodda

St Rita's, Victoria Point - a large school of about 600, spread over a beautiful area with modern learning spaces and landscaped gardens.

The first thing that I was interested to learn more about was the 'shared workspace' between the Principal, APA and APRE. There was on large desk with 8 chairs, shelves and cupboards to the side. The space is used by members of the executive and staff to collaborate and plan. Anne, the principal, has created this space as she believes it is so important to 'model' what she would like her staff do.
